Most printing companies prefer to use files in CMYK format, so make sure you ask beforehand.

You can come up with several canvasses using only one file or you can be bold by creating a gigantic canvas with such file. Anything and everything is possible when you are allowed to test it out from the website of the printing company of your choice.
